By achieving these accreditations, Capital Floors Ltd are able to work with many different main contractors, who are safe in the knowledge that they meet their requirements and standards, and are continually monitored and reviewed to be in line with the most up-to-date industry standards and safe working practices.

Our Commitment to the Environment

Capital Floors Limited recognises that it has a legal and moral responsibility to manage its activities in such a way that reduces the detrimental impact on the environment. To this end, Capital Floors Limited will adopt a philosophy of ‘beyond minimum compliance’ at all levels of its operations, to ensure that the impact of pollution and environmental disruption is reduced as much as possible.

We actively encourage the specification of timber from sustainable sources and from FSC and PEFC certified suppliers. Selection is based on environmental considerations as well as suitability for the project. Waste material is kept to a minimum and re-cycled as much as possible.

Protecting the environment not only makes good commercial sense but is also an investment in our future, both short and long term. Capital Floors Limited is therefore firmly committed to the implementation of an environment policy as a means to achieving this.
